TAI (Taurus Industrial Group, LLC) is seeking an entry-level Carpenter’s Helper to support skilled carpenters on site in Port Allen, LA. You will assist with material handling, tool setup, and basic carpentry tasks under supervision.

  • Basic Carpentry Tasks: Measure, cut, and shape wood under supervision; assist with assemblies.
  • Installation Support: Help install windows, doors, trim, cabinetry, and related components.
  • Site Preparation & Clean-up: Stage materials, sweep areas, remove debris, maintain safety.
  • Power Tool Use: Operate saws, drills and other tools when trained and directed.
  • Demolition & Salvage: Assist in demolition and salvage usable materials.
  • Tool Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools to keep them in good condition.
