Job summary

JobCenter is seeking a skilled Carpenter for our residential construction team in Atlanta. You will construct, install, and repair wood structures such as floors, roofs, decks, framing, and cabinets on site.

We welcome applicants who are experienced in residential carpentry, with strong tool skills and a commitment to safety. This role includes on-site work and collaboration with other trades, with visa sponsorship available in certain contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry tools and equipment.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to plan layout and execution of work
• Measure, cut, shape and join materials according to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trimmings
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
• Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and meets quality standards

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team in Atlanta As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood such as floors roofs decks framing and cabinets
