Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of carpentry experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks daily while using our iPad-based scheduling system.

• 10+ years of professional carpentry/remodeling experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales estimating skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and working hands-on daily.
