Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and install custom cabinetry per specs.
  • Install cabinets, doors, trim and fixtures accurately.
  • Perform framing, remodeling and renovations.
  • Read blueprints and project plans.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-schedule completion.
  • Maintain clean, safe worksite per OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with team, contractors, and supervisors.

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in cabinet fabrication, cabinet installation, residential and commercial carpentry, framing, and remodeling. This position requires technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble custom commercial and residential cabinetry according to design specifications.
  • Install cabinets, doors, trim, and other fixtures with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform structural and finish carpentry work including framing, remodeling, and renovations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Ensure all projects meet high‑quality standards and are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and supervisors to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years of carpentry experience, with proven skills in cabinetry, framing, and remodeling.
  • Strong knowledge of wood materials, construction methods, and carpentry techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of woodworking equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and craftsmanship.
  • Physically able to lift materials (up to 50 lbs), stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Certifications (a plus, but not required)
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification in Construction Safety.
  • NCCER Carpentry Certification or equivalent.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification.
  • Forklift or heavy equipment certification (if applicable).
