Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience in commercial drywall construction.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn Glenmark's methods and standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing using metal studs for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Install drywall and acoustic ceilings to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and care.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all OSHA and Glenmark safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in the transport and setup of materials and equipment as needed.
