Siding Unlimited LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Outdoor Living team in Madison, WI. The role offers full-time, year-round employment building custom decks, pavers, and porches while delivering top-quality workmanship.

You will work with a team, ensure safety adherence, and communicate clearly with homeowners to exceed expectations on every project. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Your Workweek:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Madison locations

What You'll Do:

Required Qualities We Are Looking For or You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions year-round.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques
• Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
• Perform physical labor and comfortable working with heights

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
