ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a lead carpenter for year-round work in Springfield, IL. The role encompasses remodeling across drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry, with a focus on delivering high-quality home restoration projects.

You will receive a competitive hourly wage ($25–$32) with benefits, a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO. Overtime and double-time after 60 hours apply, with advancement opportunities within a growing team.

The Position:

We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
