ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, IL is seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter/Tradesman with remodeling experience. You will work on diverse projects from patch and paint to complete home rebuilds, contributing to a steady, permanent workload with room for advancement.

You should provide own tools and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Overtime paid time-and-a-half after 40 hours, plus a daily vehicle stipend and employer-offered benefits

$25 To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

The Position

We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
