Job summary

PDHGROUP is seeking a Carpenter to read architectural floor plans and install doors and mechanical hardware across multiple projects. The role requires basic construction knowledge, the ability to work across sites, and strong communication with customers and team members.

You will handle tools and equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to on-time project completion. This position emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read architectural floor plans and interpret specifications.
• Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
• Proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware (exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions).
• Able to transfer between multiple projects on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with management, co-workers and customers.
