Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Carpenter Helpers for projects located in or around Harrisonville, MO on first shift with pay up to $30/hour based on experience. The role offers hands-on growth alongside seasoned Craft Professionals and a chance to develop carpentry and construction skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with repairs, basic carpentry, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials, plus maintaining tools and a safe, organized work area on

• Minimum of 3 years in the trade field
• Must own basic Hand Tools
• Must wear proper PPE

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Carpenter Helpers for projects located in or around Harrisonville, MO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter Helper looking to learn and grow in your trade alongside accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope:

• Assist a Handyman with general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Help with basic carpentry and construction projects
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Utilize standard hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and instructions

Requirements:

• Previous construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to assist with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with standard hand and power tools
• Must provide basic hand tools
• Must provide standard PPE
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
• No licensing required
