Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Carpenter Helper in Cape Coral, FL. The role assists in constructing, erecting, stripping, and repairing structures using carpenter's hand and power tools, and follows construction documents. You may specialize in one or more areas as needed.

With a focus on safety, you will help install footing and deck forms, slab-on-grade forms, and tilt-up/precast forms, while participating in training and certifications for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Summary

The Carpenter Helper assists with constructing, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood or plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools conforming in construction documents. Will be exposed to all of the following duties but may specialist in one or more areas.
