Job summary

Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is seeking a Carpenter Handyman in Casa Grande, Arizona to perform small to medium maintenance and repairs for homes and commercial properties.

You will communicate with customers to set expectations, provide recommendations, and deliver a high level of service. We offer competitive pay, a company-supplied van with a gas card, a back office that handles scheduling, and flexible hours to accommodate life events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to self-manage as you’ll be alone often.
• Excellent customer service while communicating with customers and collecting payments.
• Able to document the job while following process and using company tools.
• Comfort with using technology and mobile apps in the field.
• Wear proper PPE and protect customer homes during work.
• Own your tools and be prepared to work on residential/commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; durations range from two hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations on scope and costs.
• Deliver a positive experience to encourage repeat business and follow the Mr. Handyman process.
