Job summary

Josh and Chris Siding Company Inc is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will work from blueprints, measure precisely, and uphold quality workmanship on exterior projects.

The role requires experience with framing decks/screen porches, installing composite decking, vinyl and aluminum rails, and collaborating with customers and suppliers to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings.
• Strong math and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes is preferred.
• Drug and Alcohol free as a requirement.
• Driver's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed
• Experience in Framing Decks/Screen porches
• Experienced in installing Composite Decking, Vinyl and Aluminum rails, and other exterior materials
