Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a skilled Carpenter for commercial construction projects. You will build rough wooden structures per sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions and help uphold site safety. Must lift up to 50 lbs, work at elevated heights, and provide your own hand tools.

The job may require outdoor work in all weather conditions. This is a hands-on on-site role with opportunities to grow in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. EOE/Vets/Disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial construction carpenter experience.
• Experience with vertical/horizontal concrete forms and gang forms preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Build rough wooden structures per sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions.
• Adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
• Must be able to provide own tools including hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.
• May be required to work outside in all weather conditions.
