Responsibilities

• Install doors and door hardware.
• Install windows.
• Layout for stairs and rafters.
• Read blueprints and perform layout.
• Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columns.
• Pump, place and finish concrete.
• Place concrete slabs and elevated decks.
• Operate crane signals and rigging.
• Communicate instructions clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Organize tasks to fit the project schedule.

What You Will Do:

• Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
• Installation of windows
• Layout for stairs and common rafters
• Read blueprints,utilizeappropriate mathskillsand perform layout
• Form and place concrete footings, piers,wallsand columns
• Pump, place and finish techniques
• Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks
• Crane signals and rigging
• Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
• Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule
