Job summary

ACP Ohio is seeking Apprentice & Journeyman Carpenters to join our growing team in Jeffersonville, OH. Location is Jeffersonville, OH to start; union participation after seven days is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to work a 40 hour week.

We offer Columbus wage rates up to $37.86 per hour for journeymen. Tools may be provided; background checks are not required and E-Verify is used.

Qualifications

• Acquires and brings personal hand tools (Power and specialty tools will be provided)

• Must be able to work a 40 hour/wk set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout and installation.
• Repair and install exterior assemblies, vapor barrier, insulation, doors, drywall and ceilings.
• Operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy objects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Provides excellent customer service
• Stands for prolonged periods, climbs, pulls, and lifts heavy objects
• Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor
