EquipmentShare in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Carpenter to read blueprints, construct and repair frames, install fixtures, and help with drywall finishing. You will read technical drawings and work with a team to deliver quality results on time.

You will operate hand and power tools, collaborate with project managers and other trades, and maintain a clean, safe job site. The role may involve travel and physical work in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven carpentry experience and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with drywall, framing, and fixtures installation.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Construct frameworks such as walls, floors, and door frames.
• Install doors, cabinets, drywall, and trim.
• Finish drywall and perform related repairs as needed.
• Assist with electrical and plumbing tasks if required.
• Support concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Inspect and replace damaged structures and maintain safety.
• Operate hand and power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
