Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Carpenter is not required but is welcome.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Side tools are required. Carpenter pouches, framing hammer, tape measure, speed square, chalk line, and utility knife
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
- Install fixtures and materials such as windows and siding.
- Interact with customers, builders, and other construction professionals
