Job summary

Worley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts; we seek skilled tradespeople for industrial construction and maintenance projects in the United States. You will build forms, read blueprints, and set anchors on site while adhering to safety standards.

Work with a team on site using level, transit, power tools, and carpentry skills; perform material takeoffs from drawings. Strong physical ability and 4 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Physical requirements: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and set forms as required.
• Read blueprints and lay out anchor bolts.
• Use level and transit to ensure alignment and finishing.
• Finish carpentry work and read tapes from drawings.
• Install batter boards; follow safety requirements; operate pneumatic and electric power tools.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms
• Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts
• Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;
• Finish carpentry work; able to read tape/ruler; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings
• Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power tools
