The role requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship in carpentry. This full-time position offers a pay of $33.62 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The carpenter maintains all structures and related components. Services performed include all standard carpentry work such as roughing, framing, finishing, cabinet making, glazing, and journeyperson‑level maintenance and repairs in accordance with industry practices. Tasks include responding to service requests, scheduled preventive inspections, and special projects while observing all safety rules and precautions.
This position reports directly to the Building and Structures Supervisor and works collaboratively with other carpenters, masons, roofing/sheet‑metal workers, building maintenance workers, and a trades helper.
