DISCOUNT ROOF INC is seeking a full-time site supervisor in Valparaiso, Indiana. The role involves supervising roofing and construction projects, recommending materials, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will shape materials, study orders, and collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong construction knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work at heights, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in building, repair, and remodeling.
• Comfortable working at heights and following safety procedures.
• Good communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime when necessary.
