Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a skilled Carpenter in the United States to read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and assemble components for building projects.

You will install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs, finish surfaces, and ensure work meets safety standards. Proven carpentry experience, tool proficiency, and accuracy are essential, along with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a construction or related field.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
