Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
