Job Duties

• Perform framing and structural carpentry work
• Install sheathing
• Install and work with trusses
• Hang and finish drywall
• Install Hardie siding
• Perform frame-to-finish carpentry tasks as needed
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Follow all OSHA and project-specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frame-to-Finish Carpenter
• Strong experience with framing and sheathing
• Experience with drywall and finish carpentry
• Experience with trusses and Hardie siding preferred
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Must have basic carpentry tools
• Must have required construction PPE
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on a commercial construction site
• Wastewater treatment plant or other industrial/commercial construction experience is a plus
