Description

Specific duties of the carpenter include, but are not limited to, repairing of damaged, existing or the installation of new building wall, ceiling, flooring and furniture systems. Utilizes all basic carpenter tools and equipment. Must be able to construct and install counter tops, cabinets and able or willing to work with Corian. Able to perform repairs on all fire rated wall systems and repair fire doors and doors in general. Demolition of walls and casework is required.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
