RA Holdings through our AIM Services Inc branch is hiring a Carpenter to perform large-scale metal and wood framing, drywall installation, and interior build-outs in Salisbury, MD. The role requires reading blueprints and following project specs, with opportunities to work on commercial, military, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal and wood framing, drywall installation, and interior build-outs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Must pass background checks for military base access and have a Real ID.

Responsibilities

• Perform large-scale metal and wood stud framing, drywall installation, and full interior build-outs per project plans.
• Install doors, frames, and hardware with precision and proper alignment.
• Work on commercial, military, and industrial projects across Salisbury, MD area.
• Safely operate scaffolding, tools, and equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow OSHA standards and current building codes and company procedures on every project.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines with high quality workmanship.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for carpentry.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to various local job sites as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform large-scale metal and wood stud framing, drywall installation, and full interior build-outs in accordance with project plans and specifications
• Install doors, frames, and hardware with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
• Work on commercial, military, and industrial construction projects across various local job sites in the Salisbury, MD area
• Safely operate scaffolding, tools, and equipment to handle and install heavy materials while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and comply with current building codes and company procedures on every project
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for carpentry work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various local job sites as needed

Location:

Pay:

• $25-$28hr+ depending on level of experience plus OT at 1.5x.
