Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Carpenters near St. Paul, MN to build wood wall panels and structural framing components for commercial, multifamily, and residential construction projects throughout Minnesota.

Responsibilities include assembling prefabricated panels, measuring and cutting lumber, framing walls, sheathing, and building structural elements. The role requires reading blueprints and operating carpentry tools, with schedule Monday to Friday and up to 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior wood framing experience and be comfortable reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and using common carpentry tools.
• Ability to understand framing fundamentals, use a tape measure, use carpentry tools safely, and consistently produce quality work.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

• Verify dimensions, square, and layout to ensure panels meet specifications.
• Operate pneumatic nail guns and standard carpentry power tools.
• Stage completed panels for loading and shipment to jobsites.
