Job summary

1st Lake Properties is hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our maintenance team in the Greater New Orleans area. You will perform finish carpentry, framing, flooring, window/door replacement, tile work and light siding/roofing repairs across our multifamily properties.

The ideal candidate has experience in multiple carpentry areas, owns tools, and can pass background and drug screening. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry, framing and structural repairs.
• Handle flooring and subfloor repairs, window/door replacement, tile installation, and light siding/roofing repairs.
