Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Carpenters to join our growing team and travel throughout Nevada and surrounding states. You will construct, modify, and finish telecommunication shelters and related structures while maintaining high safety standards.

The role includes travel every four weeks across Nevada and neighboring states, offering diverse work locations and experience. Ideal candidates have residential or commercial carpentry experience and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Residential or commercial carpentry experience.
• Proficiency with carpentry tools and construction methods.
• Concrete finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish telecommunication shelters and support structures.
• Perform framing, drywall, roofing, insulation, flooring, and interior/exterior finishing work.
• Read blueprints, construction drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per policies and site requirements.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.

Ready to build a rewarding long-term career while traveling throughout Nevada and surrounding states? Ledcor is seeking skilled Carpenters to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, modifying, and finishing telecommunication shelters and related structures. The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial projects and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Construct and finish telecommunications equipment shelters and support structures
• Perform framing, drywall installation, roofing, insulation, flooring, and interior/exterior finishing work
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements

Requirements

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain the certification shortly after hire
• Previous experience in residential or commercial carpentry
• Proficiency with carpentry tools, equipment, and construction methods
• Experience in concrete finishing is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions

• Monday to Friday working from 7 am to 3pm, working 8 hours per day, overtime rates apply after 40 hours worked per week
• Potential overtime hours may be required per project needs
