Job summary

Worley is seeking a skilled construction tradesperson to join our team. You will construct, erect and repair buildings and other structures made of wood, steel and other materials, reading blueprints and building forms according to drawings.

This role requires 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience, proficient use of level, transit and power tools, and a strong focus on safety and quality while delivering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.

• Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts.
• Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;
• Finish carpentry work; able to read tape/ruler; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings.
• Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power tools.

Position Summary

Construct, erect and repair buildings and other structures made of wood, steel and other materials. Build concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters, towers and other structures.

• Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms
• Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts
• Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;
• Finish carpentry work; able to read tape/ruler; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings
• Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power tools
