Handyman Connection of Lincoln, NE is seeking skilled tradespeople to join as Carpenter-like contractors for remodeling and repair work in residential and light commercial settings. You’ll cut, shape, and install building materials, work with wood, plywood and wallboard, and determine materials and quantities for projects with guidance from a professional team.

This role is ideal for independent contractors seeking part-time work with a flexible schedule and support handling clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Competency in general building trades.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, install building materials for construction, remodeling or repair in residential and light commercial settings.
• Regularly work with fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
• Determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.
