As a Carpentry team member, you’ll start with a quick huddle, tackle rot repairs, shingles work, flooring installation, and space prep for painters, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of carpentry experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Tackle a mix of carpentry projects: repairing rot, reshaping shingles, installing flooring, and prepping spaces for painting pros to shine.
• Work with a team to ensure top-quality results and exceed customer expectations on every project.

As a full-time Carpenter, your day starts with a quick team huddle to plan the tasks ahead. Armed with your tools, you tackle a mix of carpentry projects-repairing rot, reshaping shingles, installing flooring, and prepping spaces for our painting pros to shine. Whether it's solving a tricky repair or working alongside skilled teammates, your contributions help us exceed customer expectations every day.

This role is based in Cape Cod, MA, with full-time or part-time opportunities. As one of our Carpenters, you work a consistent Monday to Friday day shift, with occasional weekend availability if needed.
