Job summary

Baker Construction in Florida is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our on-site team. Under a foreman, you will construct, erect, strip, and repair formwork for steel and wood structures using hand and power tools in accordance with construction documents.

Responsibilities include forming footings, walls, decks, slabs, tilt-up/precast forms, and maintaining a safe work environment while pursuing ongoing training and certifications. Travel: None.

Summary

The Carpenter will perform under the supervision of a foreman/lead duties including constructing, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools conforming to construction documents. Will be exposed to all the following duties but may specialize in one or more areas.
