Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking entry-level Carpenters for concrete construction in Dallas, Texas. You will be responsible for building, erecting, and dismantling formwork and structures for concrete projects as part of a team.

Ideal candidates are physically strong, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a long-standing company with over 100 years of industry experience. This role is on-site in Dallas, with competitive wages and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Able to read a tape measure and use hand tools safely.
• Work in inclement weather, exposed to extreme cold, heat, noise and dust.
• Minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, erect, and dismantle formwork for concrete projects.
• Assist with concrete construction tasks as part of a team.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Follow safety protocols and read drawings and measurements.

What You’ll Need

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance
• Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to work during inclement weather, exposed to extreme cold, heat, noise, and dust
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction work experience as a Carpenter
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired
