Job summary

Rochester Bath & Kitchen is seeking a skilled installer to join our family-owned team in East Rochester, NY. You will work on tubs/showers, toilets, glass doors, and tile flooring installations, with some plumbing and basic framing, drywall, and electrical tasks as needed.

We value problem-solving, attention to detail, safety, and customer-friendly conduct. Reliability and a valid driver’s license are important for daily client-site visits and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience installing tubs/showers, toilets, standard glass doors, plant and vinyl tile flooring.
• Plumbing experience with new installation of sink fixtures, bath/shower valve assemblies, and drains.
• Familiarity with basic framing, drywall installation techniques, and basic electrical work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to follow plans for demo and new installs.
• Reliable, safe, and clean/respectful in client homes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to commute to East Rochester, NY 14445 (required).
• Driver's license strongly preferred, reliable transportation required

Rochester Bath & Kitchen are a family owned and operated, full-service kitchen and bath remodeling company committed to excellent customer service and superior craftsmanship. We offer free estimates and design, our showroom is open 6 days a week, and we employ our own installation crews offering the highest skills available. We are casual and friendly but focused, and we strive for 5 star reviews every time.

What you can expect:

• Our crews typically work in 2 person teams. You will begin on a crew with one of our seasoned installers and you will be placed according to your demonstrated skill level (ranging up to Lead Installer).


• We are willing to train the right candidate in any areas needed.

The ideal candidate:

• $22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience
