Key Responsibilities:

Install residential windows, doors, hardware, and trim
Perform accurate framing, cutting, and material shaping
Operate an aluminum brake for exterior trim work
Read and follow blueprints and project specs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and assist with general construction tasks

Qualifications:

3+ years of carpentry experience in residential construction or remodeling
Proficiency with door and window systems, interior trim, and finish carpentry
Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools
Ability to follow technical drawings and measurements precisely
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
