This role will require generalist skills across framing, finish carpentry, and installation tasks, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is experienced in carpentry, adaptable, and motivated by a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, sheathing, and installation of walls, floors, and ceilings.
Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details in modules.
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.
Use hand and power tools to execute tasks with precision and consistency.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
Collaborate with other carpenters and trades to complete assigned tasks on time.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues.
Assist with moving materials and organizing workstations to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure proper storage and handling of carpentry tools and materials.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Conduct routine maintenance on carpentry tools and equipment as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of carpentry experience
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and working overhead for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Factory environment with exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Physical tasks including standing, lifting, and moving materials.
Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
