Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is hiring a Carpenter in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on residential and commercial renovations, including framing, drywall, trim, doors, and finish work, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will read blueprints, work independently or with a team, and maintain tools and job sites to high standards. Required are 2+ years of carpentry experience and a valid driver’s license; restoration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of carpentry experience required.
  • 1+ years of restoration experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, interpret instructions, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, and finish work.
  • Install fixtures, structures, and building components per project requirements.
  • Use, adjust, and repair hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other related carpentry equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and specifications to fully grasp requirements.
  • Report any damage, malfunction, and/or any potential hazards at worksite to leadership.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, work vehicles, and equipment used to perform job duties.
  • Must maintain compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.

Job description

Overview

The Carpenter will utilize a strong background in residential and commercial renovations to be successful in this role. Skilled in rough and finished carpentry, including framing, drywall installation and finishing, door and window installation, trim and molding work, flooring installation, and custom kitchen renovations. Proficient in demolition, structural repairs, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Ability to read plans, work independently or as part of a team, maintain high-quality craftsmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, and finish work.
  • Install fixtures, structures, and building components per project requirements.
  • Use, adjust, and repair hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other related carpentry equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and specifications to fully grasp requirements.
  • Report any damage, malfunction, and/or any potential hazards at worksite to leadership.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, work vehicles, and equipment used to perform job duties.
  • Must maintain compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in carpentry (required).
    • 1+ years of restoration experience (preferred).
  • Skills
    • Ability to read, write, interpret instructions, and perform basic math.
    • Proficiency in general building trades.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
    • Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Valid driver’s license (required).
    • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation.
