Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Mechanic (Tech 4 or Higher) for the Carlin Process Maintenance department in Nevada. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing processing equipment, replacing belts and motors, and performing welding and related maintenance tasks to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

• Welding and other maintenance tasks on processing facilities.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mechanic (Tech 4 or Higher) in our Carlin Process Maintenance department. Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, repair and rebuild processing equipment, including, but not limited to crushers, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, pumps, and motors within the processing facilities
• Replace and align belts, motors, pulleys, and conveyor rollers
• Various types of welding and/or any other types of maintenance associated with processing facilities
• Three (3) or more years of process facilities maintenance experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and possess basic math skills
• Proven excellent safety and attendance record
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job
