Job summary

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes with personalized care plans and flexible shifts.

We offer competitive pay ($12–$15/hour), flexible scheduling (daytime, overnight, weekends, and various shift lengths), tele-doctor access, PTO, ongoing training, and a caregiver-first culture. Prior caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional or private caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Meal preparation and light meal planning.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders and basic wellness monitoring.
• Light housekeeping for a safe living environment.
• Transportation to appointments and activities.
• Encourage physical, mental, and social engagement.
