Spectrum Retirement Communities in Palos Heights, IL is seeking a dedicated, full-time caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, transport to meals and activities, and ensure safety.

You'll support care plans, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies, while benefiting from medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, Daily Pay, and Perk Spot discounts. Vaccination is encouraged but not required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents with assistance in daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and hazards in a timely, safe manner.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
