Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking passionate Nurse Aides to assist in caring for our Kupuna, providing personal and restorative care and support with activities of daily living.

TNAs orient residents to the unit, respond to calls and alarms promptly, and communicate with the Charge Nurse as needed. Requires Hawaii Nurse Aide Training, HS diploma, and Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed State of Hawaii Nurse Aide Training Program required.
• Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.
• Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (in-house acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and services for residents, including personal and restorative care and activities of daily living.
• Orient residents to the unit and facility; respond to resident calls, bells, and alarms; inform Charge Nurse when required.
