Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware.
• Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Store items properly and maintain a tidy kitchen.
• Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions.
• Clean equipment, appliances, and storage areas.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep and restock.
• Provide customer service to residents.
• Bus tables during and after meals.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Perform routine preventative cleaning on dish machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
