Job summary

Studio City Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents under the Housekeeping Supervisor. You will perform duties across rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Your responsibilities include daily cleaning, laundry assistance, and following universal precautions, with a strong emphasis on reliability and attendance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds and push/pull up to 80 pounds.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control procedures.
• Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other areas daily per schedule.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment; vacuum rugs/carpets.
• Maintain floors hazard-free; use wet floor signs as needed.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Provide support to other areas of the building as needed.
• Attend in-service training classes as assigned.
