Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to provide excellent cleaning services for residents and maintain a sanitary, comfortable living environment. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across rooms, dining areas, kitchens and common spaces, while following safety and infection-control guidelines.

The role requires reliability, basic reading comprehension, and the ability to interact positively with residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Prior housekeeping experience desirable.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general cleaning duties to include dusting high and low, scrubbing, wiping, mopping wet and dry floors, vacuuming, and any other assigned cleaning duties.
• Cleans resident rooms, dining areas, kitchens, living rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other areas as assigned.
• Performs carpet care and floor cleaning according to procedure.
• Uses and labels cleaning products properly and safely.
• Follows infection control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reports hazardous conditions or equipment issues to supervisor.
