Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in Oceanside, CA is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides (HCA-certified) to support clients in their homes with personal care, daily activities, and companionship while ensuring safety and dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, on-call, weekends), a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) with bonuses for last-minute shifts. Travel within 25 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal prep
• Offer shopping, errands, and companionship
• Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs
