Amada Senior Care Northshore is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities in home settings. You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, prepare meals, remind about medications, and help with light housekeeping and errands.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities across part-time and full-time schedules. We value reliability, patience, and excellent communication to promote safety and dignity for our clients.

Qualifications

1+ years of caregiving experience required.
Experience in assisted living settings preferred.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Ability to manage challenging behaviors.
Familiarity with home care systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meal preparation for special dietary needs.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.

Skills

Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.

Proficiency in caregiving techniques.

What you will be doing:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living. Services may include, but are not limited to, activity of daily living support, personal care, bathing/toileting, medication reminding, light house‑keeping, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, assistance in getting to and from appointments, maintenance of household records, and companionship.
