Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Promotes teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Standing/walking for 3–3.75 hours per shift without sitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout the dining experience.
• Take orders and close out in the Dial POS system.
• Provide customer service to residents for high satisfaction.
• Set tables and reset for meals.
• Inform residents of daily menu options and accommodate preferences.
• Address residents by name and note food/beverage likes and dislikes.
• Prepare beverages and serve to residents.
• Keep water glasses and cups filled; clear and bus tables as needed.
• Vacuum dining area after meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations information.
• Report injuries to supervisor before end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
