Healthcare Services Group is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation and resident service in a long-term care setting. You will prepare foods, assist with serving, and maintain sanitation and safety in a resident-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, positive resident interactions, and adherence to facility guidelines, with opportunities for training and growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous food service or kitchen experience is welcomed but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portions.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide positive resident and staff interactions and customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
