Excelcare Dover is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility in Dover, NJ. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, and keeping dining areas clean to ensure residents receive quality meals and excellent service.

The role is based at 65 N Sussex St, Dover, NJ 07801. We offer benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with matching, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Follow portion control and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware.
• Assist with food storage and inventory rotation.
• Provide snacks and hydration as directed.
• Support special dietary needs and resident preferences.
• Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff.
